“When I began to see the end of my sporting career I began to think of my future. I joined the ACP in 2006 and with Adecco’s help I’m now director assistant in water sport installation. I feel lucky because a can mix the end of my sporting life with the start of my work life – beginning a perfect transition. The support and help I received has been very important. I’m beginning a new life with increased career knowledge, and I love sports management. I am not sure what will happen in the future but I have increased career confidence and would like continue in the sports world.”
